Hello Wonderful Students,
This week's challenge is hard. Like, grown-up hard. Even though it's very difficult, I decided to give you this challenge (1) because I know you can do it, and (2) because if you do it and keep working on it, it will make your life better for the rest of your life. Since it is so important, I decided to share this week's challenge for you in my own voice, in this video:
Notice when you're feeling an uncomfortable feeling, say hello to that feeling, and then choose to do something that will help you sit with that feeling, like drawing or writing about it, talking with a friend or family member, playing/listening to music, spending some time outside...whatever helps you. Try to avoid doing something that will numb the feeling, like video games or TV. It will be hard, but the more you practice, the easier it will get. You can do this!
