Hello, Wonderful Students!


Last week we talked about how sometimes we use media to numb our feelings instead of facing them. We wrote letters to ourselves reminding us what activities we can do to help us face our feelings and feel better afterward. Have you found any new activities that leave you feeling better afterward?
